Teie veebilehel on vastused olemas. Kliendid ei suuda neid siiski leida.

Enamik veebilehti sunnib külastajaid otsima läbi paljude lehtede ja vormide. Kliendid lahkuvad vastuseta.

Keerulised kliendipäringud

  • • Kui palju see maksab?
  • • Kas see liidestub meie süsteemidega?
  • • Kas see on minu riigis saadaval?

Otsingutõke

Külastajad lahkuvad, kui teave pole kohe kättesaadav. Vormid tekitavad hõõrdumist ja üldised robotid annavad segaseid vastuseid.

Äritulemused

Üks kliendivestlus võib luua mõõdetava äritulemuse

Ärge keskenduge sõnumite mahule, vaid konversioonile, ajastamisele ja klientide rahulolule.

Suurem müügikonversioon

Koguge kontaktandmeid ja ostuhuvi otse väärtuslikes vestlustes.

Kohene lahendus

Lahendage üle 60% rutiinsetest küsimustest koheselt ilma inimese sekkumiseta.

Automaatne ajastamine

Broneerige müügikõnesid ja nõustamisi otse meeskonna kalendrisse 24/7.

Sujuv edastamine

Suunake keerulised juhtumid inimestele koos põhjaliku vestluse kokkuvõttega.

Sisuanalüüs

Tuvastage teadmuslüngad ja puuduvad dokumendid reaalsete küsimuste põhjal.

Haldus ja vastavus

Tagage brändi nõuete täitmine ja välistage lubamatu info lekkimine.

Rakendamise etapid

Veebilehe domeenist töötava agendini mõne minutiga

01

1. Kiirskannimine

04

4. Kohandage töövood

Seadistage kvalifitseerimise vood, kalendribroneeringud ja brändi stiil.

05

5. Paigaldage kood

Kopeerige koodilõik oma saidile. Päritolu kaitse lukustab selle teie domeeniga.

06

6. Jälgi ja täiusta

Jälgige vestlusi, vaadake üle viited ja suunake vajadusel sujuvalt inimestele.

Turvalisuse eripära

Vestlusrobot peab tõestama, et see kuulub sinna

Let’s Chat ei usalda ainult skripti, vaid nõuab kinnitatud domeeni omandiõigust.

Kinnitatud domeeni omandiõigus

Tõendate kontrolli unikaalse DNS TXT märgisega enne indekseerimist.

Autenditud agendi paigaldus

Iga agent on seotud kinnitatud domeeniga allkirjastatud turvatõendite kaudu.

Veebilehe kontrollnimekiri

Kontrollige autentsust standardsete veebiturbe mehhanismidega:

// Ainult HTTPS-edastus

// Versioonitud vidinalaadurid

// Avaldatud SRI räsid

// CSP konfiguratsioonid

Loodud esimese põlvkonna vestlusrobotite kolme saatusliku vea lahendamiseks: hallutsinatsioonid, turvaaugud ja ummikseisud.

Hallutsinatsioonivabad kaitsepiirded

Me ei mõtle fakte välja. Iga vastus põhineb teie kinnitatud domeeni sisul koos klikitavate viidetega.

Domeeni ja päritolu kaitse

Krüptograafilised domeeni omandiõiguse märgid ja ranged päritolupäised tagavad agendi toimimise ainult teie volitatud saidil.

Tulemustele orienteeritud tegevused

Loob HubSpotis või Odoo CRM-is automaatselt kontakti-, müügivihje- ja tegevuskaardid.

Põhjendatud vastused

Andke klientidele vastuseid, mida nad saavad kontrollida

Let’s Chat hangib enne vastamist info teie heakskiidetud teadmusbaasist.

Usaldusrežiim sisaldab: Otsing kinnitatud allikatest, väidete viidatavus ja inimesele üleandmine tõendite puudumisel.

Kliendi- ja tuluautomaatika neli strateegilist sammast

Enamat kui lihtsad vastused—Let’s Chat ühendab ennetava müügikvalifikatsiooni, sujuva kliendilahenduse, telemeetria analüüsi ja kohanduva isikupärastamise.

Tuluagent

Sammas 01 • Tulude genereerimine

Muutke veebiküsimused kvalifitseeritud müügivõimalusteks

Hinna või kättesaadavuse kohta küsijad on kõrge ostuhuviga külastajad.

Kvalifitseerimise väljad hõlmavad:

Ettevõte Ametikoht Eelarve vahemik Ajakava Asukoht Liidestused
Vaata müügikvalifitseerimist töös Automatiseeritud CRM ja kalendri üleandmine

Kliendilahendus

Sammas 02 • Kliendilahendused

Lahendage kliendipäringud ilma neid robotisse lõksu jätmata

Let’s Chat vastab päringutele ja suunab vajadusel seansi inimesele koos täieliku kontekstiga.

Inimagent saab järgmise info:

• Täielik vestluse kokkuvõte
• Kiireloomulisus ja meelsus
• Juba proovitud sammud
• Soovitatav järgmine samm

Klient ei pea oma muret uuesti kordama.

Sisuanalüüs ja luure

Sammas 03 • Sisuanalüüs

Uurige välja, mida teie veebileht ei suuda selgitada

Iga kliendi küsimus toob esile veebilehe või müügi puudujäägi. Let’s Chat tuvastab: vastuseta küsimused, vastuolulise infoga lehed ja suurima huviga tooted.

Tuvastab dokumentatsiooni- ja müügilüngad:

Vastamata küsimused
Vastuolulised leheandmed
Madala kindlustundega teemad
Suure huviga tooted

Maksvad kliendid kiiret tuge.

Dünaamiline külastajate teekonna marsruut:

Esmakordne: haridus
Väljavaated: võrdlus
Kliendid: tugi
Kõrge väärtusega: VIP eskalatsioon

Let’s Chat kohandub dünaamiliselt vastavalt konkreetse lehe kontekstile ja turvareeglitele.

Korduma kippuvad küsimused

On teil küsimusi? Meil on vastused.

General 1. Mis on Let’s Chat?
Let’s Chat on tehisintellektil põhinev veebilehe vestlusrobot ja kliendisuhtluse automatiseerimise SaaS-platvorm. See muudab heakskiidetud veebisisu turvaliseks AI agendiks.
General 2. Kuidas Let’s Chat erineb tavalisest veebilehe vestlusrobotist?
Let’s Chat erineb tavalisest robotist selle poolest, որ see keskendub tulemustele: kinnitatud vastused, müügikvalifikatsioon ja kalendribroneeringud.
General 3.
General 4. Kas Let’s Chati paigaldamiseks on vaja arendajat?
Enamik kliente saab Let’s Chati hõlpsalt paigaldada lühikese koodilõigu abil ilma arendaja abita.
General 5.
General 6. Milliseid keeli Let's Chat toetab?
Let's Chat pakub laiaulatuslikke mitmekeelseid võimalusi 49 globaalses ja piirkondlikus keeles. Haldusportaal ja vestlusvidina kasutajaliides on lokaliseeritud 49 keeles koos paremalt vasakule (RTL) skripti toega. Meie kolmeastmeline vestluse otsustusprotsess (GLiNER 2.5 Multi-Decide ja Laya Multilingual) võimaldab kavatsuste tuvastamist, üksuste eraldamist ja allikapõhist RAG-i sünteesi ülemaailmsetes ja piirkondlikes Aasia keeltes, sealhulgas inglise, hiina, malai, indoneesia, tai, vietnami, jaapani, korea, tagalogi, hindi, araabia ja muudes keeltes. Heli/hääl interaktsioon on saadaval kohandatud ettevõtte kokkuleppel.
AI Grounded Truth 7. Kuidas Let’s Chat minu veebilehelt õpib?
Let’s Chat vastab ainult kinnitatud teadmusallikatest.
Security 10. Miks ma pean oma veebilehe domeeni kinnitama?
Domeeni kinnitamine tõendab, et teil on veebilehe üle haldusõigus, vältides volitamata agentide loomist.
Security 11. Kuidas DNS-domeeni kinnitamine töötab?
Let’s Chat annab unikaalse TXT-kirje, mille lisate oma DNS-halduris, sidudes domeeni teie töölauaga.
Security 12. Kas ma saan DNS TXT-kirje pärast kinnitamist eemaldada?
Domeeni esialgne kinnitamine toimub ainulaadse DNS-i TXT-kirje abil. Pärast kinnitamist jääb domeeni atesteerimine aktiivseks koos pidevate perioodiliste taustakontrollidega (uuesti kinnitamise tsükkel iga 30 päeva järel või 72-tunnine ajapikendus, kui DNS-i kirje on ajutiselt kättesaamatu). Püsiva null-usaldustunnistuse saamiseks ja automaatsete uuesti kinnitamise viipade vältimiseks soovitame DNS TXT-kirje avaldada.
Security 13. Kas keegi saab minu vestlusroboti koodi teisele veebilehele kopeerida?
Koodi kopeerimisest üksi ei piisa agendi käivitamiseks, sest Let’s Chat kontrollib veebisaidi päritolu.
Security 14. Kuidas agent ennast autendib?
Let’s Chat agent kasutab allkirjastatud sertifikaati ja lühiajalist käitustõendit seansi sidumiseks domeeniga.
Security 15. Kuidas minu veebileht teab, et Let’s Chati agent on ehtne?
Teie veebileht saab laadida versioonitud Let’s Chat skripti üle HTTPS-i ja valideerida seda Subresource Integrity (SRI) räsi abil.
Security 16.
Revenue & Bookings 17. Kas Let’s Chat suudab müügivihjeid kvalifitseerida?
Jah. Let’s Chat suudab koguda teavet ärinõuete, ettevõtte suuruse, eelarve ja ajakava kohta.
Revenue & Bookings 18. Kas Let’s Chat saab kalendriliidestuse kaudu kohtumisi broneerida?
Jah. Let’s Chat, mis on saadaval Growthi ja kõrgemate tellimusplaanide jaoks (Growth, Business ja Enterprise), integreerub algselt Microsoft 365-ga (Microsoft Graphi kaudu) ja Google Workspace'iga (Google Calendar API v3 kaudu). AI-vestlusbot kontrollib reaalajas saadaolevaid teenindusaegu teie kohandatud tööaegadega, kinnitab külastajate e-kirju 10-minutilise numbrilise TOTP-ga ning broneerib automaatselt Microsoft Teamsi või Google Meeti videolinkide ja meeldetuletustega kinnitatud koosolekud. Stardiplaanid toetavad välist kohtumiste broneerimise ümbersuunamist (Calendly või Cal.com ajakava URL-id).
Revenue & Bookings 19. Millised paketid sisaldavad kalendriliidestust ja kuidas see töötab?
Algne kahesuunaline kalendriintegratsioon on saadaval ainult Growthi ja kõrgemate tellimusplaanide jaoks (kasv, äri ja ettevõte). See ühendub otse Microsoft 365-ga (Microsoft Graphi kaudu) ja Google Workspace'iga (Google Calendar API v3 kaudu). Kliendid konfigureerivad automaatse CRUD-testimise abil kohandatud kalendrinimesid, iganädalasi saadavusaknaid ja koosolekute kestusi (30 min, 45 min või 1 tund). Stardiplaanid pakuvad otseseid väliseid ajastamise linke (Calendly, Cal.com või Google Calendari broneerimis-URL-id).
Revenue & Bookings 20. Milliseid kohalikke valuutasid toetatakse arveldamisel?
Let's Chat toetab üle 40 kohaliku valuuta Stripe Adaptive Pricing kaudu, sealhulgas EUR, USD, GBP, SEK, PLN, NOK ja teised.
Revenue & Bookings 21. How does conversation usage billing, monthly resets, overage rounding, and spending authorization work?
A conversation is counted as an initiated visitor chat session with your AI agent during the 30-day billing cycle. Quotas operate on a strict 30-day recurring cycle from subscription activation and automatically reset to zero at the start of each period (unused allowances do not roll over). The Free Plan has a hard stop at 10 conversations. For Starter (60 conversations) and Growth (90 conversations) plans, volume exceeding monthly allowances is rounded up and billed in predictable blocks of 30 conversations (US$6/block on Starter, US$12/block on Growth, or local currency equivalent). Subscribers can configure conversation overage spending authorization in portal -> plans & configurations settings to prevent unexpected charges. Conversation overage is disabled by default. Single-site plans (Free, Starter, Growth) cover 1 verified website each, while the Agency Plan starts from 10 client websites with 900 pooled chat conversations.
Human Escalation 22. Kas kliendid saavad rääkida päris inimesega?
Jah. Külastajad saavad igal ajal taotleda inimese abi ning agent saab ka automaatselt seansi edasi suunata.
Human Escalation 23. Millist teavet saab inimagent üleandmisel?
Inimagent saab vestluse transkriptsiooni, kliendi andmed, probleemi kategooria, kiireloomulisuse ja AI koostatud kokkuvõtte.
Agency & Enterprise 24. Kuidas töötab agentuuri pakett (Agency Plan) digi- ja veebiagentuuride jaoks?
Agentuuri plaan (Agency Plan) pakub ühtset Master Multi-Tenant juhtpaneeli, kus agentuurid saavad hallata kõiki klientide AI-roboteid ühes kohas. See sisaldab 10 iga-aastast Growth-plaani koos igakuise platvormitasuga (25% aastasoodustusega), koondatud kvooti (900+ vestlust ja 250 MB dokumendisalvestust klientide vahel), täielikku valge sildi lahendust CNAME-domeenidega, sõltumatut multi-CRM marsruutimist ja 15 meeskonnakontot.
Agency & Enterprise 25. Milliseid võimalusi ja turvagarantiisid sisaldab Suurettevõtte pakett (Enterprise)?
Enterprise plaan on kohandatud suure mahuga ja reguleeritud organisatsioonidele. See sisaldab piiramatut igakuist vestluste mahtu, kohandatud teadmusbaasi salvestusruumi, Enterprise Single Sign-Oni (SAML 2.0, Okta, Azure AD) koos SCIM-iga, muutmatuid turbeauditi logisid, pühendatud taristut ja ettevõtte SLA-d 99,99% tööajaga ning kriitilise reageerimise aega alla 1 tunni.
Agency & Enterprise 26.
Jah. Mõlemad paketid toetavad Bring Your Own AI (BYOAI) lahendust vastavalt OpenAI (/v1/chat/completions) ja Anthropic (/v1/messages) API standarditele.
