Verkkotunnuksen suorituskyvyn pikaskanneri

Syötä yrityksesi verkkosivusto testataksesi indeksointivalmiuden ja luodaksesi mukautetun tekoälyagentin kokoonpanon.

Skannaamme vain julkisesti saatavilla olevaa verkkometatietoa. Ei tunkeilevaa louhintaa.

Valmiina analysoitavaksi. Syötä verkkotunnuksesi vasemmalle.

Verkkosivustollasi on vastaukset. Asiakkaasi eivät silti löydä niitä.

Useimmat verkkosivustot pakottavat vierailijat etsimään tietoa sivuilta, valikoista, PDF-tiedostoista ja lomakkeista. Perinteiset chatbotit lukitsevat heidät jäykkiin ja turhauttaviin päätöspuihin.

Vaativat asiakaskysymykset

  • • Mikä palvelu sopii minulle parhaiten?
  • • Paljonko se maksaa?
  • • Voiko tämän integroida järjestelmiimme?
  • • Onko tämä saatavilla maassani?

Etsimisen kynnys

Yhteydenottolomakkeet keräävät tietoja ilman kontekstia, jolloin joudut rekonstruoimaan aiemmat keskustelut manuaalisesti.

Let's Chatin suora polku

Let’s Chat tarjoaa jokaiselle vierailijalle suoran polun kysymyksestä vastaukseen—ja vastauksesta toimenpiteeseen. Yhdistämme lähteisiin perustuvat vastaukset välittömiin tulostyönkulkuihin.

Selkeä määritelmä

Mikä on Let’s Chat?

Liiketoimintatulokset

Yksi asiakaskeskustelu voi luoda mitattavan liiketoimintatuloksen

Lopeta pelkän viestimäärän seuraaminen. Keskity konversioon, tapaamisten sopimiseen ja ratkaistuihin tukipyyntöihin.

Konvertoi sivustovierailijat

Tunnista asiakkaan tarkoitus, suosittele sopivaa tarjontaa ja kerää pätevät liiditiedot ennen kuin he poistuvat.

Ratkaise toistuvat kyselyt

Vastaa toistuviin kysymyksiin käyttämällä hyväksymiäsi ja turvallisesti lukittuja verkkosivuja, asiakirjoja ja tietolähteitä.

Varaa tapaamiset automaattisesti

Kerää tarvittavat asiakastiedot, tarkista kalenterin saatavuus ja varaa tapaamiset automaattisesti.

Paranna asiakaskokemusta

Miten luot turvallisen tekoäly-chatbotin verkkosivustostasi?

01

Lisää verkkotunnuksesi

Anna verkkosivuston verkkotunnus tai aliverkkotunnus, jota haluat Let’s Chatin käyttävän. Me normalisoimme ja luokittelemme sen.

02

Vahvista verkkotunnuksen omistajuus

Lisää yksilöllinen Let’s Chat TXT -tietue DNS-palveluntarjoajasi kautta. Tämä vahvistaa hallinnollisen määräysvaltanne.

03

Tarkista tiedot ja äänensävy

Hyväksy indeksoidut sivut, testaa vastauksia, määritä brändin äänensävy ja aseta toimintovaltuudet.

04

Hyväksy käyttöönottolähde

Määritä tarkat verkkosivuston alkuperät (HTTP/HTTPS-skeema, isäntä, portti), joista agentti saa latautua.

05

Asenna latausskripti

Lisää versioitu asynkroninen latauskomentosarjamme. Agentti saa ladattaessa allekirjoitetun suoritusajan tunnisteen.

06

Mittaa liiketoimintatuloksia

Seuraa kvalifioituja liidejä, varattuja tapaamisia, ratkaistuja kysymyksiä ja verkkosivuston sisältöaukkoja.

Turvallisuusvaltti

Verkkosivuston chatbotin on todistettava kuuluvansa sinne

Julkisia verkkosivustoja voidaan kopioida. Myös JavaScript-koodinpätkiä voidaan kopioida. Siksi Let’s Chat ei pidä asennuskoodin pelkkää hallussapitoa valtuutuksen todisteena.

Vahvistettu verkkotunnuksen omistajuus

Verkkosivuston tarkistuslista

Varmista aitous käyttämällä vakiintuneita verkkoturvallisuusmekanismeja:

// Vain HTTPS-jakelu

// Versioidut widget-lataimet

// Julkaistut aliresurssien eheystiivisteet (SRI)

// Sisällön tietoturvakäytännön (CSP) määritykset

Ei pelkkä verkkosivuston chatbot. Agentti, joka saa tuloksia aikaan.

Useimmat chatbotit lopettavat tiedon antamisen jälkeen. Let’s Chat vie asiakkaan kohti määritettyä lopputulosta.

Vertaile vaihtoehtoja

Auta vierailijoita ymmärtämään pakettien tai kurssien erot määrittämiesi liiketoimintasääntöjen mukaisesti.

Varaa konsultaatioita

Lähteisiin perustuvat vastaukset

Anna asiakkaille vastauksia, jotka he voivat vahvistaa

Autonomiset agenttiominaisuudet

Asiakas- ja liikevaihtoautomaation neljä strategista pilaria

Perusvastauksia pidemmälle—Let’s Chat yhdistää ennakoivan myynnin kvalifioinnin, saumattoman asiakasratkaisun, telemetriaan perustuvan sisältöaukkotiedon ja mukautuvan vierailijoiden personoinnin.

Liikevaihtoagentti

Pilari 01 • Liikevaihdon luominen

Muuta korkean ostovalmiuden kysymykset kvalifioiduiksi myyntimahdollisuuksiksi

Hinnoista, käyttöönotosta, integraatioista, saatavuudesta tai aikatauluista kysyvillä vierailijoilla on korkea ostovalmius. Let's Chat kvalifioi heidät suoraan keskustelussa.

Kvalifiointikenttiin kuuluvat:

Yritys Rooli Budjettiraami Aikataulu Sijainti Integraatiot
Katso liidien kvalifiointi käytännössä Automaattinen CRM ja kalenterin vaihto

Asiakasratkaisu

Pilari 02 • Asiakasratkaisut

Ratkaise asiakaskysymykset vangitsematta ihmisiä botin sisään

Let’s Chat vastaa yleisiin kysymyksiin ja ohjaa asiakkaita hyväksyttyjen työnkulkujen läpi. Kun tarvitaan ihmistä, istunto siirretään täyden kontekstin kera.

Ihmisasiakaspalvelija saa:

• Koko keskustelun yhteenveto
• Kiireellisyys ja sävy
• Jo kokeillut vaiheet
• Suositeltu seuraava toimenpide

Asiakkaan ei tarvitse aloittaa alusta, eikä tiimin tarvitse arvailla yksityiskohtia.

Sisältöälykkyys

Pilari 03 • Sisältöälykkyys

Selvitä, mitä verkkosivustosi ei onnistu selittämään

Jokainen asiakaskysymys paljastaa verkkosivuston, myynnin tai palvelun puutteen. Let’s Chat tunnistaa: usein vastausta vaille jäävät kysymykset, sivut joilla on ristiriitaista tietoa, heikon luottamuksen aiheet ja eniten kiinnostusta herättävät tuotteet.

Tunnistaa dokumentaatio- ja myyntipuutteet:

Vastaamattomia kysymyksiä
Ristiriitaiset sivutiedot
Heikkoluottamukselliset aiheet
Korkean kiinnostuksen tuotteet

Hyödynnä näitä suoria asiakasoivalluksia verkkosisältöjesi, tuoteasettelusi, myynnin tuen, perehdytysmateriaalien ja tuotestrategan kehittämisessä.

Personointi

Pilari 04 • Personointi

Tarjoa jokaiselle vierailijalle seuraavaksi paras keskustelu

Ensivierailijat tarvitsevat opastusta. Palaavat potentiaaliset asiakkaat haluavat tuotevertailun. Aktiiviset asiakkaat tarvitsevat tukea. Arvokas tilaisuus vaatii välittömän siirron ihmiselle.

Dynaaminen vierailijamatkan reititys:

Ensimmäinen kerta: Koulutus
Näkymät: Vertailu
Asiakkaat: Tuki
Korkea arvo: VIP-eskalaatio

Let’s Chat mukautuu dynaamisesti hyväksytyn kontekstin ja tietoturvalupien mukaan pakottamatta kaikkia vierailijoita samaan staattiseen päätöspuuhun.

Usein kysytyt kysymykset Let’s Chatista

Saat suorat vastaukset verkkosivuston koulutuksesta, verkkotunnuksen vahvistuksesta, agentin todennuksesta ja ihmiselle siirtämisestä.

General 1. Mikä on Let’s Chat?
General 2. Miten Let’s Chat eroaa perinteisestä verkkosivuston chatbotista?
Let’s Chat on suunniteltu saavuttamaan konkreettisia asiakastuloksia pelkän vastausten generoimisen sijaan. Se yhdistää lähteisiin perustuvat vastaukset, liidien kvalifioinnin, ajanvarauksen, hyväksytyt toimenpiteet, ihmiselle siirtämisen, verkkotunnuksen omistajuuden vahvistuksen ja todennetun verkkosivustokäyttöönoton.
General 3.
Staging Preview Sandbox tarjoaa erillisen, omistetun aliverkkotunnuksen (*.preview.letschat.gg), jossa voit turvallisesti testata indeksoitujen verkkosivustojen tietoja, pyytää muutoksia ja työnkulkuja ennen käyttöönottoa live-tuotantosivustollasi.
General 6. Mitä kieliä Let's Chat -chatbot-agentti ja hallintaportaali tukevat?
Let's Chat tarjoaa kattavat monikieliset ominaisuudet 49 maailmanlaajuisella ja alueellisella kielellä. Hallintaportaali ja chat-widget-käyttöliittymä on lokalisoitu natiivisti 49 kielelle oikealta vasemmalle (RTL) -tuella. Kolmivaiheinen keskusteluratkaisumme (GLiNER 2.5 Multi-Decide ja Laya Multilingual) mahdollistaa tarkoituksentunnistuksen, kokonaisuuden poimimisen ja lähdepohjaisen RAG-synteesin maailmanlaajuisilla ja alueellisilla Aasian kielillä, mukaan lukien englanti, kiina, malaiji, indonesia, thai, vietnam, japani, korea, tagalog, hindi, arabia ja monet muut. Ääni/äänivuorovaikutus on saatavilla mukautetuissa yritysjärjestelyissä.
AI Grounded Truth 7. Miten Let’s Chat oppii verkkosivustostani?
Voiko chatbot näyttää, mistä vastaus on peräisin?
Security 10. Miksi minun täytyy vahvistaa verkkosivustoni verkkotunnus?
Verkkotunnuksen vahvistus todentaa, että sinulla on hallinnollinen määräysvalta verkkosivustoon. Tämä estää luvattomia käyttäjiä luomasta, indeksoimasta tai julkaisemasta virallisen näköistä agenttia sivustolle, jota he eivät hallinnoi.
Security 11. Miten DNS-verkkotunnuksen vahvistus toimii?
Let’s Chat antaa sinulle yksilöllisen TXT-tietueen, joka lisätään DNS-palveluntarjoajasi kautta. Alusta tekee kyselyn DNS-tietueeseen, vahvistaa yksilöllisen tunnisteen ja sitoo vahvistetun verkkotunnuksen työtilaasi.
Security 12. Voinko poistaa DNS TXT -tietueen vahvistuksen jälkeen?
Alkutoimialueen vahvistus suoritetaan käyttämällä ainutlaatuista DNS TXT -tietuetta.
Revenue & Bookings 17. Voiko Let’s Chat kvalifioida myyntiliidejä?
Kyllä. Let’s Chat voi kerätä tietoja, kuten liiketoimintatarpeet, yrityksen koon, nykyisen ratkaisun, budjettiraamin, hankinta-aikataulun, sijainnin ja toivotun seuraavan askeleen.
Revenue & Bookings 18. Voiko Let’s Chat varata tapaamisia kalenteri-integraation avulla?
Kyllä. Saatavilla Growth- ja korkeampiin tilaussuunnitelmiin (Growth, Business ja Enterprise), Let’s Chat integroituu natiivisti Microsoft 365:een (Microsoft Graphin kautta) ja Google Workspaceen (Google Calendar API v3:n kautta). AI-chatbot tarkistaa reaaliaikaiset käytettävissä olevat paikat mukautettujen aukioloaikojen perusteella, vahvistaa vierailijoiden sähköpostit 10 minuutin numeerisella TOTP:llä ja varaa automaattisesti vahvistetut tapaamiset Microsoft Teamsin tai Google Meet -videolinkkien ja -muistutusten avulla. Aloitussuunnitelmat tukevat ulkoista tapaamisvarausten uudelleenohjausta (Calendly- tai Cal.com-aikataulujen URL-osoitteet).
Revenue & Bookings 19.
Revenue & Bookings 20. Mitä paikallisia valuuttoja tuetaan tilauksen laskutuksessa ja Stripe-maksussa?
Let's Chat tukee yli 40 esitysvaluuttaa reaaliaikaisella muunnoksella Stripe Adaptive Pricingin kautta. Tuettuja paikallisia laskutusvaluuttoja ovat USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, SGD, MYR, IDR, THB, VND, PHP, JPY, KRW, CNY, HKD, TWD, INR, KHR, LAK, MMK, BHD (Bahrain), KWD (Kuwait), OMR (Oman), QAR (Qatar), SAR (Saudi-Arabia), AED (Arabiemiirikunnat), ILS (Israel), JOD (Jordania), LBP (Libanon), TRY (Turkki), EGP (Egypti), CZK (Tšekki), DKK (Tanska), HUF (Unkari), PLN (Puola), RON (Romania), SEK (Ruotsi), MNT (Mongolia), MOP (Macao), BND (Brunei), AFN (Afganistan), BDT (Bangladesh), MVR (Malediivit), NPR (Nepal), PKR (Pakistan) ja LKR (Sri Lanka).
Revenue & Bookings 21. How does conversation usage billing, monthly resets, overage rounding, and spending authorization work?
A conversation is counted as an initiated visitor chat session with your AI agent during the 30-day billing cycle. Quotas operate on a strict 30-day recurring cycle from subscription activation and automatically reset to zero at the start of each period (unused allowances do not roll over). The Free Plan has a hard stop at 10 conversations. For Starter (60 conversations) and Growth (90 conversations) plans, volume exceeding monthly allowances is rounded up and billed in predictable blocks of 30 conversations (US$6/block on Starter, US$12/block on Growth, or local currency equivalent). Subscribers can configure conversation overage spending authorization in portal -> plans & configurations settings to prevent unexpected charges. Conversation overage is disabled by default. Single-site plans (Free, Starter, Growth) cover 1 verified website each, while the Agency Plan starts from 10 client websites with 900 pooled chat conversations.
Human Escalation 22.
Human Escalation 23. Mitä tietoja asiakaspalvelija saa?
Ihmisasiakaspalvelija saa keskusteluhistorian, asiakastiedot, ongelmakategorian, kiireellisyyden, jo kokeillut vaiheet, asiaankuuluvat lähteet ja tekoälyn luoman yhteenvedon. Tämä poistaa asiakkaalta tarpeen toistaa koko asiaansa alusta alkaen.
Agency & Enterprise 24. Miten toimistopaketti (Agency Plan) toimii digi- ja verkkomarkkinointitoimistoille?
Toimistotilaus (Agency Plan) tarjoaa yhtenäisen Master Multi-Tenant -hallintapaneelin, jossa toimistot voivat hallita kaikkia asiakkaiden AI-agentteja yhdessä paikassa. Se sisältää 10 vuotuista Growth-tilausta yhdistettynä kuukausittaiseen alustamaksuun (25 % vuotuisella alennuksella), jaetut kiintiöt (900+ keskustelua ja 250 Mt tiedostotallennustilaa asiakkaiden kesken), täyden white-label-mukautuksen CNAME-verkkotunnuksilla, itsenäisen multi-CRM-reitityksen ja 15 tiimitiliä.
Agency & Enterprise 25. Mitä ominaisuuksia ja tietoturvatakuita Enterprise-sopimus sisältää?
Enterprise-tilaus on räätälöity suurille ja tarkkaan säännellyille organisaatioille. Se sisältää rajoittamattomat kuukausittaiset keskustelut, mukautetun tietokantatallennuksen, Enterprise Single Sign-Onin (SAML 2.0, Okta, Azure AD) SCIM-hallinnalla, muuttumattomat tietoturvan kirjausketjut, omistetun infrastruktuurin ja yritystason SLA:n 99,99 %:n toiminta-ajalla sekä alle tunnin kriittisen vasteen.
Agency & Enterprise 26. Voivatko Agency- ja Enterprise-asiakkaat käyttää omaa AI-malliaan (BYOAI)?
Kyllä. Molemmat tasot tukevat Bring Your Own AI (BYOAI) -mallia OpenAI:n (/v1/chat/completions) ja Anthropicin (/v1/messages) API-standardien mukaisesti. Asiakkaat voivat yhdistää omat API-avaimensa, välityspalvelimensa, Azure OpenAI:n tai itse isännöimänsä mallit (kuten Ollama tai vLLM).
