Kizárólag a nyilvánosan elérhető webes metaadatokat vizsgáljuk.

  • • Melyik szolgáltatás a megfelelő számomra?
  • • Mennyibe kerül?
  • • Integrálható ez a rendszereinkkel?
  • • Elérhető ez az én országomban?

A keresési akadály

A Let's Chat közvetlen útja

Konvertálja a webhely látogatóit

Fejlessze magát a webhelyet

Munkafolyamat

Hogyan hozhat létre biztonságos AI chatbotot webhelyéből?

01

Adja meg a tartományt

Adja meg a webhely tartományát vagy aldomainjét. Soha nem indexelünk nem ellenőrzött webhelyeket.

02

Ellenőrizze a tartomány tulajdonjogát

Hozzon létre egy egyedi Let’s Chat TXT rekordot a DNS-szolgáltatójánál a rendszergazdai jogosultság igazolására.

03

Tekintse át a tudásbázist és a stílust

Hagyja jóvá az indexelt oldalakat, tesztelje a válaszokat, állítsa be a márka hangvételét és a biztonsági korlátokat.

04

Hagyja jóvá a telepítési eredetet

Határozza meg a pontos webhelyeredetet (HTTP/HTTPS séma, gazdagép, port), amely jogosult futtatni a chatbotot.

05

Telepítse a betöltő szkriptet

06

A nyilvános weboldalak lemásolhatók. A JavaScript kódrészletek szintén lemásolhatók.

Igazolja a hitelességet szabványos webes biztonsági mechanizmusokkal:

// Kizárólag HTTPS protokollon keresztüli kézbesítés

// Verziózott widget-betöltők

// Közzétett Subresource Integrity (SRI) ellenőrző kódok

// Content Security Policy (CSP) konfigurációk

A Bizalmi Mód tartalma: Keresés jóváhagyott forrásokban, állítás-forrás visszakövethetőség, bizonytalanság esetén biztonságos kitérés, külső hallucinációk kizárása.

A minősítési mezők közé tartoznak:

• A beszélgetés teljes összefoglalója

Biztosítson minden látogatónak a helyzethez leginkább illő beszélgetést

Az új látogatóknak tájékoztatásra van szükségük. A visszatérő érdeklődőknek termék-összehasonlításra. A technikai döntéshozóknak architektúrális részletekre.

GYIK

Gyakran ismételt kérdések a Let’s Chatről

Kapjon közvetlen válaszokat a webhely tanításáról, tartomány-ellenőrzésről, az ügynök biztonságáról, naptárintegrációról és a vállalati biztonságról.

General 1.
Indexeli a nyilvános weboldaltartalmat, jóváhagyott anyagokból válaszol a látogatóknak, minősíti a bejövő leadeket, megbeszéléseket ütemez, és szükség esetén operátorokhoz irányítja a kérdéseket.
General 2. Miben különbözik a Let’s Chat egy hagyományos webes chatbottól?
A Let’s Chat valódi ügyféleredmények elérésére készült, nem csupán szövegek ismétlésére. Hitelesített forrásokra támaszkodó válaszokat ad hivatkozásokkal, DNS-alapon ellenőrzi a tartományt az élesítés előtt, időpontokat foglal, minősíti az érdeklődőket és strukturált CRM-bejegyzéseket hoz létre.
General 3.
General 4. Szükségem van fejlesztőre a Let’s Chat telepítéséhez?
A legtöbb ügyfél egyetlen szkriptcímke beillesztésével telepíteni tudja a Let’s Chatet a webhelysablonba, CMS-be vagy címkekezelőbe (Google Tag Manager, Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, Next.js stb.).
General 5.
General 6. Milyen nyelveket támogat a Let's Chat chatbot és a kezelőfelület?
A Let's Chat átfogó többnyelvű lehetőségeket kínál 49 globális és regionális nyelven. Az adminisztrációs portál és a csevegőmodul felhasználói felülete natívan 49 nyelven lokalizált, jobbról balra (RTL) szkript támogatással. Háromlépcsős társalgási döntési folyamatunk (GLiNER 2.5 Multi-Decide és Laya Multilingual) lehetővé teszi a szándékfelismerést, az entitások kinyerését és a forrásalapú RAG szintézist globális és regionális ázsiai nyelveken, beleértve az angol, kínai, maláj, indonéz, thai, vietnami, japán, koreai, tagalog, hindi, arab és más nyelveket. Az audio/hang interakció egyedi vállalati megállapodások esetén elérhető.
AI Grounded Truth 7. Hogyan tanul a Let’s Chat a webhelyemről?
Kitalálhat-e téves válaszokat a Let’s Chat?
A Let’s Chat kizárólag a jóváhagyott tudásbázis forrásaiból válaszol.
Igen. A Let’s Chat képes megjeleníteni vagy megőrizni a hivatkozásokat a pontos weboldalra, dokumentumra vagy szakaszra, amelyet a válasz felépítéséhez használt, teljes átláthatóságot biztosítva.
Security 10. Miért szükséges ellenőriznem a webhelyem tartományát?
Security 11. Hogyan működik a DNS-alapú tartomány-ellenőrzés?
A kezdeti tartományellenőrzés egyedi DNS TXT rekord használatával történik.
Security 13.
Security 15. Honnan tudja a webhelyem, hogy a Let’s Chat ügynök valódi?
A webhelye HTTPS-en keresztül töltheti be a verziózott Let’s Chat szkriptet, és igény szerint Subresource Integrity (SRI) hasheket, valamint szigorú Content Security Policy (CSP) fejléceket érvényesíthet, biztosítva a manipulációmentességet.
Security 16.
Revenue & Bookings 17. Képes a Let’s Chat értékesítési érdeklődőket minősíteni?
Igen.
Revenue & Bookings 18. Tud a Let’s Chat megbeszéléseket foglalni naptárintegrációval?
Igen. A növekedési és magasabb előfizetési tervekhez (Growth, Business és Enterprise) elérhető Let’s Chat natívan integrálható a Microsoft 365-tel (a Microsoft Graphon keresztül) és a Google Workspace-szel (a Google Calendar API v3-on keresztül). A mesterséges intelligencia chatbot ellenőrzi az élő elérhető helyek számát az Ön egyéni nyitvatartási idejének alapján, 10 perces numerikus TOTP-vel ellenőrzi a látogatók e-mailjeit, és automatikusan lefoglalja a Microsoft Teams vagy a Google Meet megerősített találkozóit videohivatkozások és emlékeztetők segítségével. A kezdő tervek támogatják a külső időpontfoglalás átirányítását (Calendly vagy Cal.com ütemezési URL-ek).
Revenue & Bookings 19.
Közvetlenül csatlakozik a Microsoft 365-höz (a Microsoft Graphon keresztül) és a Google Workspace-hez (a Google Calendar API v3-on keresztül).
Revenue & Bookings 20. Milyen helyi pénznemek támogatottak az előfizetések számlázásához?
A Let's Chat több mint 40 fizetési pénznemet támogat valós idejű Stripe fizetéssel, helyi banki elszámolással és szabályos számlázással. A támogatott devizák közé tartozik: USD, SGD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, JPY, CNY, HKD, NZD, CHF, SEK, NOK, DKK, PLN, CZK, HUF, RON, BGN, HRK, TRY, ILS, AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD, OMR, INR, IDR, MYR, THB, PHP, VND, KRW és még sok más. Minden előfizetési kvóta 30 napos számlázási ciklusokon alapul.
Revenue & Bookings 21. How does conversation usage billing, monthly resets, overage rounding, and spending authorization work?
A conversation is counted as an initiated visitor chat session with your AI agent during the 30-day billing cycle. Quotas operate on a strict 30-day recurring cycle from subscription activation and automatically reset to zero at the start of each period (unused allowances do not roll over). The Free Plan has a hard stop at 10 conversations. For Starter (60 conversations) and Growth (90 conversations) plans, volume exceeding monthly allowances is rounded up and billed in predictable blocks of 30 conversations (US$6/block on Starter, US$12/block on Growth, or local currency equivalent). Subscribers can configure conversation overage spending authorization in portal -> plans & configurations settings to prevent unexpected charges. Conversation overage is disabled by default. Single-site plans (Free, Starter, Growth) cover 1 verified website each, while the Agency Plan starts from 10 client websites with 900 pooled chat conversations.
Human Escalation 22. Beszélhetnek az ügyfelek valódi emberrel?
Igen.
Igen.
